Shipping & Returns

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Order processing:

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Thursdays after 2:30pm (GMT +2) through Saturdays will be processed on Sundays.

We will confirm receipt of your order by email. For your convenience you will receive tracking number and tracking URL once available (after the package has been dispatched).

If shipping confirmation email is not received please check your SPAM folder. If not found there either, please contact us at sales(AT)artoridesign.com including your order number.

 

Shipping:

To USA: Most of our products are available for shipping from a fulfillment center in the USA. Optional shipping methods: Standard delivery (within 7 business days) and Expedited delivery (within 3 business days). For Next Day delivery please contact us via e-mail at sales(AT)artoridesign.com. If an item is out of stock in the US we will ship it from our Israeli warehouse with a Registered mail service offered by our international Carrier (Approx. 15 business days). We will send the tracking number and details via email to the customer. Expedited deliveries sent from Israel will be shipped with TNT and arrive within 3 business days.

To the rest of the world we ship from Israel. Optional shipping methods: Registered mail service (within 15 business days) or Express mail service – EMS (within 4-6 business days). Due to weight limitations all packages weighing over 2 kgs will be shipped via EMS.

Please take exception to Holiday rush periods and the delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Shipping charges

All product prices are ex-works. Shipping charges are quoted separately. The cost of shipping shall be paid by the Customer unless special promotions clearly state otherwise. The shipping cost is determined by destination and weight of goods, including any outer packaging as shall reasonably be required to ensure that no damage occurs during transit.

 

Import duty

Most shipments will incur no charges at all. However, it is possible your country will ask you to pay duties & taxes on the goods you are importing. Each country has its own laws and the amount payable varies from one item to the next. We cannot provide a value of duties & taxes before an order has shipped, this is at the discretion of the Customs Authority. Any duties & taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and should be paid prior to, or on receipt of goods to the carrier upon its request.

 

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

Artori Design wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the products received you may return them to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please send us a notification e-mail to sales(AT)artoridesign.com with the details of your return. We will happily replace, exchange or refund your items.

All Goods returned must be as new in their original packaging. The responsibility and cost for the return delivery lie with the Customer. Upon return the items will be inspected and if found in good saleable condition a refund will be made within 7 calendar days.

Packages that were returned to our offices due to incorrect/ insufficient address provided or if they were ‘unclaimed’ by the receiver will be re-sent as per customer’s request only after shipping cost is paid once again and sufficient/ alternate shipping address is provided. Refunds for such orders will be issued less the original shipping cost paid.

 

Damaged Goods:

Please report any damages immediately – no complaints for transit damage can be considered unless made in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt of the package. In your claim please include images of the product, its packing box and the outer box.

Please note that if the order was shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) a formal complaint to the carrier must be made within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise the carrier’s guarantee won’t cover for the damage.

Regardless of the shipping service used to delivery the item to you, any damaged item received will be replaced or be fully refunded according to your wishes and instructions.

 

Return of mistaken Goods:

If the return is due to our mistake (if we sent the wrong item/ size/ color), Artori Design will pay to ship the return back to us and to ship the replacement to you.
There are NO refunds allowed on the original shipping cost unless it was OUR mistake or a wrong amount was charged.

 

Order Cancellations:

At Artori Design we like customers to be happy not only with the products purchased but also with the service they receive. Most of our orders ship within 24 hours from the time they were received, so if for some reason, you request to cancel your order, we suggest to do that as early as possible.

We will issue a full refund only if the order was cancelled BEFORE it was shipped.

Refunds for orders that have already departed by the time the cancellation notice was received, will be issued only after the package is returned to us, the product(s)inspected and found to be in a saleable condition and within 7 calendar days from receipt. The amount refunded will be the total amount paid less the shipping cost from us to you. Artori Design won’t be responsible for the return and its shipping cost in any way.

 

Changes to this policy

This policy is variable and subject to change without notice and Artori Design reserve the right to vary these terms from time to time as we see fit. Furthermore these terms may be withdrawn without notice and may vary from contract to contract.
